Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-returnable items: Made-to-order and customised pieces are non-returnable. Sale items are final sale.

How to initiate a return: Email us at [hello@pesh.co.in] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 48 hours with next steps. Do not ship anything back without confirmation from us first.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange: We're happy to exchange for a different size or colour subject to availability. Raise an exchange request at [hello@pesh.co.in] within 7 days of delivery.
